January 28, Thursday, wt up to 150.6, blood sugar 112. Not sure why, haven't eaten more than 900 calories. Changes recently include eating Keto bread twice a day, taking melatonin and being less active. Interesting if I can gain on 900 calories a day. On the other hand, I stil suspect water retention. Once sensitized, system seems to react to wheat products by gaining wt.
