January 26, Tuesday, wt 148.4, blood pressure 112/80, blood sugar 120, pulse 56, so some of my goal is being met, lower blood sugar, but wt gain over last three days and high blood pressure indicates increased water retention.
avoiding salt, keeping food consumption between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m.
