I haven't been recording all of my weight for the last 2 days, as a result, it doesn't look as if I have lost anything. So I guess I'll go back to putting it all down, no matter how it may appear.

Over the last few days, I have doubled down on my focus and lost half a pound yesterday. I've discovered a couple of great recipes that help lower the carbs and make things easier...I still haven't mastered Oopsies, the ones yesterday stuck to the paper.

I found a great bread substitute recipe on Pinterest. It's called low carb Cheddar Bread. Texture is a little odd, but if you close your eyes...

My new staples are water and eggs. They are both lifesavers on any low carbohydrate diets.
118.9 kg Lost so far: 4.0 kg.    Still to go: 32.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
