The scale has been moving up and down a bit over the last 4 days. Tomorrow is my "official" weigh-in day; kind of dreading it. Last week I dropped 4.5 and got to 209. Since then I've been up to 210 and down to 209.5.
I kn ow I just need to stick to it and the weight will come off and it's better to not lose than to gain, but I need rewards all the time.
