December 21, four ounces of bread with butte yesterday and 2000 calories total including some chocolate candy-- well I can hardly feel deprived after that. However, I gained 4 lbs, 155 this morning. In general it takes three to four days for grain induced bloat to depart. I am sticking to lean and green today and skipping dinner. Not hungry. High protein is always very satisfying, so not hungry at all.
