woohoo, I'm down 4 pounds since my last weigh-in. I keep pulling up my jeans as they are much looser. what a relief to see!
73.5 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 16.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
