ok, so today was kind of a weird day for food. i forgot my breakfast at home, which was supposed to be a banana so ended up eating a whole box of granola from trader joe's. the good thing is that it filled me up so much that that's all i ate until abut 3 in the afternoon. the bad thing is that it's loaded with fat. good fat that is (yeah, right) - did my wii and ran 8.631 mi
