It's just over a week. All goes well with shopping, meal plans, preparation, and recordkeeping. I'd like to have lost more than 4.5 pounds the first week, but I didn't put it on overnight and I'm sure it won't come off overnight either.
I am sure that once my bone spur is treated and less painful and I can start exercising, I will kick-start my metabolism.
