Happy Monday.
So far, so good on the diet. It's much easier when I work from home because I can plan my meals; prepare them and measure out the portions, and eat according to the meal plan. When I'm at work it seems there is always junk food around or someone brought in cookies, etc.
I have been seeing a good loss, but I need to do better with the nutritional balancing and also have not been exercising.
Baby steps.
