I'm still at it 100%! I could definitely do much better at the exercising, but was a little tired the last few days. Today, I was up at 430am (very early for me), ran around all day for appointments, and amazingly feel pretty good. Made something as close to pizza as possible tonight, but of course, with eggs. Not bad at all! I'm starting to get creative with what I put together. A little worried about exercise, as my neck and tailbone are on the fritz. Went to the chiropractor again today. Neck he can fix easily, tailbone is a permanent deal that will get better, but only with lots of time. Positive thing is, the more weight I lose, the better it should feel. Can't wait to weigh myself tomorrow morning. I have a feeling it'll be good. Oh, and drinking lots and lots of water. I am so proud of myself. It has started to get easier! YEAH!!!

I use a low-carb tortilla and then top it with all the regular toppings (I make some of my own pizza sauce to keep the carb count low, but you can buy pre-made without sugar added and its still pretty low!). It is one of my favorite meals! Good luck tomorrow! I know it will be good!

Good Job!! You'll get better on the exercise.. when I first stepped on a treadmill, I thought walking 20 minutes was going to kill me, lol... then I got to where I was doing 5-6 miles on the thing!! Not that you have to do that much... everyone is different but another tip, one of my good buddies told me to mix it up... keep your exercise different and interesting. Getting in a rut will only make you wanna quit!
