Nov 22-really keeping an eye on calories and exercising. Dropped a 1/2 pound but boy my clothes are feeling looser, yeah!!
76.4 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 19.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
