another good day. Amen, i think maybe i have the right frame of mind going. i'm not frustrated and I have been doing lots of clothes shopping and feel good again. so regardless of any weight loss, i have been doing well and have to discipline my self to continue to do well. had a homemade turkey burger for dinner - made with oats and spinach and also had bird's eye peas and mushrooms. - had lots of water. let's see how i keep doing. hopefully i'll keep up my high spirits. ran on the wii for 4.660 mi. did 1/2 hour step and 25 minutes of strenght training.
