gais kalian yg diet kalori tuh bebas makan apa aja asal sesuai kalori gak sih? aku masih suka ngemil (tetap dikontrol) tp klo makan pagi, siang, malem bener2 dijaga kalori dan kesehatannya, itu gpp kn?
