So i'm pretty pleased with the way the day turned out. I eat good foods all day. at one point when i was hungry i just had a coffee and that was enough to hold me for a while, then went for a bananan later on. no bad choices today. splurged on dinner made eye round roast with mashed potatoes and brocolli. had a little bit of everything. I don't want to make 2 meals so i will try to have dinner with my family like i used to without overdoing it. if i do well during the day i won't feel guilty about a regular dinner. did running on wii 8.488 mi
