nyesel bnget waktu tgl 1okt 2020 kmarin gak foto angka timbangan yg masih 97,8kg. Dan sekarang di angka ini. kemeja2 yg dulunya ga muat skrang pada muat smua. badan lebih ringan, dan kulit sudah ga jerawatan lagi. sepowerfull ini ternyata.

Work out nya
1. zumba, dirumah aja. Youtube chanel paling recomended TML Crew.
2. Bersepeda, ± 1jam
Workout nya tidak harus setiap hari. Seminggu cukup 2-3x aja. Se-vit nya temen2 .
