Well, I did lose weight, so that is good. The more I do that, I think the more excited I'll get and I'm hoping it turns into a snowball type effect. I'm still not doing so good on my exercising. I HATE to exercise, and I have no exercise buddy which I know would make it more fun, but there just isn't anyone...so this is something I'm gong to have to work on for sure.
I wonder how one would make themselves their own exercise buddy...now there's a thought.
Anyway...onward and downward I'm hoping. We'll see how things go.

Any movement down on that scale is good - no matter how you get there. I know you don't like the exercise thing but I find that even if I exercise and don't watch what I eat, I do not lose weight. For me I really have to watch the calories firstly, and then the exercise...food for thought so to speak. Keep up the good work!!!
