I guess today was ok. i did have a bagel with cream cheese for lunch but didn't have any other crazy snacks all day. had a salad for lunch with an egg, some chicken, chick peas, tomato, lettuce, cucumbers and carrots. did some wii only walking and some strenght training didn't feel like running today.
