Tough week because I did not feel good. I did lose some weight but I think it was simply because I was really sick and did not eat much. Today I feel a lot better and I am planning to go to the gym. Hopefully the pounds keep melting off and hopefully this aweful cold stays away too because its hard to workout when you feel horrible.
