So how can i start the day so well and blow it by the afternoon. I had a good morning, then not a so great lunch but dinner was a killer. took the kids to friendly's b/se i was too lazy to make something and ended up having a bacon cheeseburger with fries. not only that but the ice cream was included so might as well. that was dumb. i should have skipped it but oh, well. the sad part is that i'm not even big on ice cream but i do love their brownie sunday. i should probably stay away from there. go to a diner or something. i need to get back on track. wii fit 1/2 hour step and jogging for 8.445 mi
