I seriously destroyed my meal plan and stats yesterday. I went 1800 calories OVER my normal 1500 calorie budget. So the fact that I didn't gain is a win for me. I'm back on track today, an hopefully will see continued weight loss in the coming days. Also, my bike is finally repaired, so I should be able to start riding daily.
