Neurotic Not Trixie won the food argument last night and I only had a protein drink for supper. Today I'm down one pound. Nothing like positive reinforcement to validate bad decisions. *sigh*

Ugh. Some days I can't even handle how crazy I am. I'm having a really hard time eating over 1000 calories a day. I feel like if I eat more than that I'll start gaining weight again. And so I sit here, frozen in place arguing with myself over 250 calories worth of cauliflower and cheese. I've quit smoking. I've quit sugar/carbs/processed foods. But this food addiction is the worst yet.

I ate really late today, so this covers 2 meals and a snack. 2 lg eggs scrambled in 1 tbsp of butter, 3 strips center cut bacon, an english muffin with cream cheese, cinnamon and erythritol, & coffee with sugar free chocolate creamer. 578 calories.
