Hang in there, Jubarry! Keep experimenting to find what works for you :) Are your calories too low (looked at your Food Diary)? It's about feeding your body, not starving. I've plateaued alot but keep believing in myself & that I will find my way. Big hugs! ❤️

Yea my calories are at 1074 per day , I’m afraid if I increase them I’ll gain and get stuck... I don’t know what to do.

I totally feel you. Although as hard as it is to believe when I raised my calories a bit higher I lost MORE weight then when I restricted too much. I was eating around the same amount of calories as you and found then when my cals were below 1000 I plateaued/gained weight 😱😱 but when my cals were at 1300-1400 I lost. Keep playing around and trying different things and you’ll find what’s right for you. Good luck!

Hmmm you both make great points. I I’m totally stuck and afraid lol. But it’s either that or restrict even more and do More damage.

Go on walks, 10-15k steps a day and Lift weights at least 2-3 times a week. I did the Omad diet too, I ate 600-1000 calories a day, I ate bread/rice on my cheat days. Most meals were only fruits, and salad bowls. I munched on high protein snacks, cheese, nuts, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, and I always had a protein shake after the days I lifted. You can do it!!

I would agree with above poster. take 4 weeks off from cutting, use precision nutrition calculator and eat at maintenance for 4 weeks. keep exercising. once your metabolism gets back to normal try another 8-12 week cut.

also, if OMAD or fasting is too difficult, like your always thinking about food, I'd say its time to just go back to normal for awhile.

I do intermittent fasting just 16 hrs each day bc OMAD is legit torture! I eat from 12pm - 8pm and it's alot easier to maintain
I understand how frustrating it must be
keep your head up and God bless

I've always had better luck with weight training than with the treadmill. Try adding some squats to your routine :)
