Maintained a healthy weight until I was 19 lol
After having kids I kept gaining until I reached 230lbs. I'm 5'2
Lost 80lbs in 2012 but gained most back. I am now on the road to becoming fitter and healthier than I've ever been!
My routine consists of 16-8 intermittent fasting, a primarily Ketogenic diet (no dairy or grains) and I workout 5-6 days a week but no longer than 30 minutes a session.
I workout with light weights at high intensity circuit training 4 days a week (working push/pull muscles) and MMA/Kickboxing or HIIT cardio on the other 2
It takes discipline which is easier when you become older lol
