Ngurangin kalori aja, sama olahraga pagi lari/treadmil 1 jam di tambah senam crdio yang di aplikasi pengurang berat badan, sore sepeda 1-3 km di tambah senam cardio lagi.
Itu aja sama g makan nasi sama g konsumsi makanan bergula, manis nya di ganti pake buah pisang sama peapaya
