i'm really having a rough week again. i'm not being as concious of what i eat - i'm not sure if i am losing. i'm due to weight in tomorrow and i have a bad feeling. i have all day today to be good so let's hope today makes a bit of a difference. also, i think i've decided to be as good i as can all day and then not stress over making differentg dinners for everyone and just join the family.
