Should not have had the Pizza on Saturday and the Ice Cream on Sunday. But i paid for it it weight gain. It's ok today is a new day and I started Chalean Extreme today. This morning I completed my first work out, Tonight i will add in some cardio to go with it.
97.1 kg Lost so far: 11.8 kg.    Still to go: 17.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
