today was a better day - i didn't have as many temptations and tomorrow I have a dinner dance and I am planing on eating a bit more than usual and I may even do some drinking. I guess I will play it by ear. I don't want to overdue it but i don't want to now eat something that i really want either. i guess, this will be my first test of whether or not i can eat reasonably at a gathering.

wow i have a dance tomarrow too. they are serving "heavy finger foods" and i know i'll be starving b/c i'll be working all afternoon to help set it up. i'm planning on keeping a glass of ice water in one hand and the freshest fruits and veggies i can find on the smallest plate i can get my hands on. whats your plan?
