am feeling 'not-so-good' actually even though i must be quite close to following my diet and wrkout...but i do tend to mess up somewher or i guess till the time i dont get it perfectly i wont be satisfied...is that ok?? does it happen wid everybody or its just me?
50.5 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Im not sure which plan you're following but the few days I looked at in your food diary, your sugars were more than your protien. Once you figure out the exact nutrition ratio that works best for you, you'll feel more energized and your body will respond favorable to everything else you do. Hang in there, you'll figure it out.
