am trying hard to follow it...but these sugar cravings just dont go..need some dessert after lunch...tried having fruits for replacement but did not help...just had a spoon of almond fudge..is that ok?? Although did 45 mins of spinning and 45 mins of weigh training in 2 days..i hope that's ok :-(
