Aftar ramdaan break..... I set new weight loss goal.. And tomorrow start with diet or exercise.. In Sha Allah soon I will achieve this goal😇
68.5 kg Lost so far: 8.5 kg.    Still to go: 8.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Mehwisk.... I took 900 to 1000 calories Also did 1.5 hours workout at home
