Down another pound today...finally! I was beginning to think I wasn't going to ever start losing again. I already walk between 5-7 miles a day (most days) and do do some resistance training but hadn't seen much movement on the scales for quite a while. Now that I've thrown the elliptical into the mix the scale is starting to move again! Woohoo!!
78.0 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
