Wow,
I am so pleased with my weight loss, I am speechless! I am at my all time low of 161.4 pounds. That is the lowest number I have seen on the scale yet!
I am pretty sure at this rate, I can get to 159 by next week at least! I am shooting for it anyway....
I think that long run yesterday did a lot for the weight loss, but I am also sure it's because I have been sticking to 20 grams of net carbs per day or less.
It is very rewarding when you step on the scale and see that number drop. What's even better-FEELING the weight on your body almost weightless! I love it! Gonna keep it up!
