I guess today was a good day. Tried to eat as little as possible and I think I did ok with that. I did have a hamburger for dinner b/se I didn't feel like making anything different for myself. Had it with one slice of cheese, mustard and water. Works for me . The scale this morning said 165 and then it said 166 - I guess I'll wait till tomorrow to see what it is. I am noticing the difference in some of my clothes already. Yeah, for me.
