What can I say about today. I did well as far as snaking goes. I did well all day up until dinner. I made bbq ribs yesterday and no one ate them. Have them eat them today and I had a few myself. Had french fries to go with them (baked - as if that makes it any better) I did have my niece's b-day party and was good and did not have either ice cream cake or cherry pie(my favorite)- I think even though I am not following as well as I was in the begining I am definitely more contientious of the choices I make.
