Today I decided to eat a heavier lunch to see if that would help to curb some of my cravings for chocolate and other candies that are always on hand. I rewarded myself at the end of the school day with one rice krispie treat after I made it through the day without getting into the candy. It felt good to feel a little more in control again. I am planning to get some sport shoes so that I can walk with a friend on the treadmill at the gym. I am targeting Saturday to do that.
