We visited my in-laws for 4 days and everyone wanted to take us out to dinner and I couldn't resist chocolate moouse and linguine with clams (when we had dinner with hubby's folks), his brother and wife wanted breakfast, I ended up eating a plate of fruit. ummm. and his sister and her hubby wanted to go eat too. I had 2 pieces of sushi and broiled fish. We were stuffed after all that food not to mention hubby wanted to barbque hamburgers one night (he had veggie burgers) but I ate mine with a bun. So haven't been doing so great on the diet.

After we got back my period started so I haven't been feeling like exercising (however I did take my handweights and did some exercising while we were up north.)

I think I'll get back on track after period ends (Thurs) by walking on treadmill, stationary bike and regurlar calesthenics. I'll post my "inches lost" end of next week with hopes of some more progress. Hope everyone is doing okay Drop me a line if you want to talk!

163 seems to be a resistance point for you. When you get a chance put some extra energy into getting below that and breaking into new ground. Soon you will be at your best. Good luck YShibata!
