today, was just a misserable day. i hate being this heavy - why did i ever let myself get like this is beyond me. I should just give in and who cares. I do and that's why i won't give in just yet. i had an easier time my first week than i did yestday and today.

Don't get discouraged. You are only 4 days into it, and have already lost a pound...that's a great start!! Remember, even small steps lead you somewhere! And don't look at the mistakes you've made, keep in mind that tomorrow is a fresh start. Good Luck :-)
