One more day has gone by and I did ok. Ate reasonably most of the day until the end when i went to a party. I did well at a party with the exception of a few no nos, (not many) and a glass of wine (totally unnecessary) Other than that, not even tempted by the soda, it was so hot, that water was just perfect. I did have 2 treats, one loaded with chocolate chips and the other some kind of chocolate chip, cheesecake brownie. Not that I needed them but figured, why not, I need to learn to eat things in moderation. I also builded up the courage to upload a picture. I like the old banana better. However, seeing how much weight i have gained and how terrible i look it's bound to inspire me.
