@npants -I diced one slice of bacon and pan fried it -Added 1.5 cups of water to the bacon and its grease -Added garlic powder, onion powder, a pinch of sea salt, a vegetable bouillon -Let all of that come to a boil then added the cabbage

please post the jerk recipe, I've been looking for a good homemade spice for jerk but haven't been able to find one and I would love to try the one in your pic!!!
