Beautiful walk,gray skies that turned to a lovely orange gold.Good thing Earl is missing us,however there are 4 more storms out there.
My sil is caught somewhere out in the Caribbean with those storms,but
ships do change course to stay out of the way of any storms,specially
hurricanes. Of the coost of Cacios,Turk Is.the waves 43 ft.
So busy,after vacation,shopping,cleaning,washing clothes,running dh to
have his pacer checked.Getting ready for my dd B-d along with her dh.
But in another month I will be on a continual playing mode,with cruises
coming up and going down to Key West.It certainly will be a challenge
all the way around.Waiting on my '72 book,snipets are okay but I need
to get into the meat of a book,WOE or otherwise.I ask the kindle folks
to put Atkins on my kindle.Hopefully they will do that if people ask.
Boy,do I feel great! So smooth,moving along with this WOE,all of a
sudden the pieces of the puzzle are beginning to fit.
Had my hair cut yesterday,aiming for that new outfit out in Vero
It may not be the same one by the time I get the weight off,but I know
I will find something similar.
I will fill my food in at the end of the day,because sometimes I change my plan.
