I weigh what I did at last meeting however my scale at home is usually higher then the one at the meeting so either I will lose or break even either way I am ok with it as bad as it suck not to lose not gaining is wonderful. I am following the diet really close but I have been feeling off and I went in to the Dr last night and well I have double ear infections so that sucks and it also sucks that the meds they have me take give me the munchies however I have not given in I am sraying on my point track. YAY me!! I am starting exercise tomarrow I need a nother day to get my balance under control.
