I weighed in again today...no change on the scales. I'm not too concerned because I know I haven't cheated on my diet, I've been doing a LOT of walking, and I can tell that my clothes are starting to fit looser.

This was my last week of working 10-hour days...yay! I've loved having 3-day weekends all summer but I'm on my feet, moving around, and doing a lot of heavy lifting nearly the entire day. I'll be glad to get back to my regular schedule next week.
