Today my goal is not to eat the junk in the office. I am in Real Estate in a small, rural town. There is always something I shouldn't eat in the office. I have an apple, some WW snack bars and a Healty Choice Paninni. PLENTY for today.

Oh!!!!!!!!!! Why don't I write down my points.....What a novel idea...

Breakfast: 1 cup of Low Fat cottage chees and 1/4 cup All Bran
Coffee with low-fat creamer

tomorrow I'll measure, since the above are guestiments.

Snack: apple around 11 AM Lunch was Healthy Choice Pannini. Not bad, but like Lean Cusine one's better. Had a piece of Dark Chocolate...rather 2 pieces.
