Well I am now going to meeting for weight watchers I just can't do it alone. I am so sore that I have been doing that exercise video everyday and still not completed it because it is just 2 hard. I think I will try to just do a 5 mile walking off the pounds with band because my legs hurt so bad that I can't walk up the stairs but I know that if I quit exercising I will want to stop all together. This is on top of my 10,000 steps that I am doing anyway. I am broken down and I jsut don't know if I can do it.
