O.k. had a good day yesterday and today is not too shabby either. Umm....being a woman makes it really hard to follow weight watchers when it's that time of the month. BLAH! I wanted chocolate so bad last night that I raided the fridge and ate my kids chocolate pudding. It wasn't fat or sugar free!!! ahhhh! But it felt so good to eat it and it curved that "I would die for chocolate feeling". Does anyone ever get like this during that time of the month??? It's horrible for me! Anyway, hope everyone has a great day....just had to share my little story :P

I also get like that... I used to get the carmel covered chocolate thingies from WW's. They are only like 1 pt for the minis. I could nibble on one (about 4 bites) and it really helped my cravings and didn't blow my day. Good luck and hang in there!
