Well I have already steped 3,000 and it is only 10:00 so I am planning to make it to my 10,000 mark today not to mention I am doing my 25 min video and I am planning to jumping rope to 100 WOO HOO

OK that is a hard video........LOL I only did 10 min on it but I will add more time tomarrow and before I know it I will be doing the entire 20 min, My legs are killing me. I have walked 6,000 so I am going to keep steping. I do think however I broke my little toe today on my right foot. I stubed it and every time I put any weight on it well it hurts bad such is life I worked out on it anyway. I did do 70 jumps on my jump rope and plan to do 30 more today!

OK I guess I didn't do as well as I thought since I am over by 3.5 points. I guess I will have to try a little harder tomarrow.
