Today is day one of my "walk 15 miles a week" challenge. I'm wearing my pedometer on to keep track of my steps and I have a walking buddy here at work. I'm ready!! :)

Its great to have a walking buddy. My dog goes with me but it isn't the same :)

Day one of the walking challenge is nearing an end and my pedometer says I've walked 6 miles today...Yay!!! :)
