Easing back into my exercise routine:

Bench Press- '76 Monte Carlo axle 3 sets x 15 reps

Military Press- Old, empty refrigerator 3 sets x 15 reps

Cardio- ~80 Chickens chased x 3 minutes each

Boxing- 3 Pine Trees + 2 Oak Trees, punched till knuckles bleed

Feeling indestructible!
