This app really hates the native aspect ratio of my Canon 5D Mark II, so it turns everything into a square! Anyway, so I've decided to finally start lifting. Day 2, 3x12 3x/day. Meh. Once I get in the habit I'm usually good, but it usually takes a couple of weeks to get into the habit. We'll see! I used to do 2 workouts, 90 minutes each a day back in college, might like to get back to that intensity, but starting slow.

Yo-Yo'ing even though I've stayed consistently OMAD, VLC, and strictly carnivore. I expect a whoosh in the next couple of weeks, as has been the pattern for the year I've been grinding. I usually ignore the up-and-down of the scale, preferring to only post losses, but you're not always going to win the war of numbers, and realistically it doesn't matter as long as you stay consistent.

Up and down, up and down. Yep, I wasn't as strict as I need to be to keep dropping weight. My near-term goal is 215, hope to be there by the end of Feb. Current- 230.2 Pounds/5-year High, December 2022 397 Pounds.
