Hey...Ummm everyones saying I have lost weight which is good....i still need to loose a lil bit here and there...but i need to also work on my muscle weight as i think i have lost too much on it...
so am abt to get started in this month and very soon i ll be like i wanted to be since the past 7 yrs!

it will work...
